Video chat on a website

The session is encrypted and recorded. Video is an optional feature and may be disabled depending on the business needs.
Phone call escalation
- while talking over a regular phone call a sales rep decides to switch to a video chat session,
- he generates an unique 4-digits code and tells it to the client,
- the client enters the code on your website and launches a video session on the fly
Video showroom
When shopping online the client pushes the Live Demo button and connects with an agent. The agent transfers the video call to his mobile device and uses the back camera of his phone to show the product live.
