Mobile camera sharing
When used on a mobile device, RichCall allows user to share the back camera and show a product live.

Live stream shopping
Give your online customers the option to visit your store through live video:
- step 1: the client pushes the “Live Demo” button on your website which makes a video call to the sales team,
- step 2: the sales rep answers the videocall on his PC,
- step 3: the sales rep TRANSFERS the videocall to his mobile device and uses its back camera to show products live.
Even if the client has made a regular phone call, the sales rep can instruct on how to jump to a video call.
Live video for customer support
Another widespread use case for RichCall is visual customer support.
Imagine a customer using his smartphone to show the malfunctioning device to a remote agent, who walks him through troubleshooting steps.
Imagine adjusters handling claims remotely by seeing the accident details through the customer’s mobile camera.
This is something you can start testing today!
The typical scenario is:
- during a regular phone call with a client, a support engineer sends him an SMS with a unique link;
- a customer clicks the link and shares the mobile back camera with an engineer to show the product.
