How to use RichCall with Zendesk
1. Get a RichCall account
To use RichCall app for Zendesk you should have an active RichCall account. Register to create a free trial account.2. Test RichCall.
Test RichCall without Zendesk integration to see how it works.
There is a testing zone available in your RichCall account page.
3. Integrate with Zendesk
- Sign in to your Zendesk Support account,
- click the Manage icon at the bottom of the left nav bar,
- select Marketplace from the Apps category,
- go to the Zendesk Marketplace,
- find the RichCall Video Chat App and install it,
- on the App Configuration page, enter the RichCall Agent Web App URL (find it on your RichCall account page)
