How to use RichCall on Zendesk

The RichCall app for Zendesk video chat is available on the Zendesk marketplace. It allows RichCall to be embedded into the Zendesk agent UI, thus eliminating the need to launch it in a separate browser window.

How to use RichCall with Zendesk:

1. Get the RichCall account

To use RichCall app for Zendesk you should have an active RichCall account. Use the form below or write to us, and get one.

2. Configure RichCall

We will provide you with a quick start guide to help you configure RichCall and embed the RichCall widget into your website.

3. Integrate with Zendesk

  • Sign in to your Zendesk Support account,
  • click the Manage icon at the bottom of the left nav bar,
  • select Marketplace from the Apps category,
  • go to the Zendesk Marketplace,
  • find the RichCall Video Chat App and install it,
  • on the App Configuration page, enter the RichCall Agent Web App URL.
